12 things to start caring about your journey

Life is all about taking chances.  It’s about doing something you initially thought you could never do.  It’s about being a little crazy, following your heart, and not worrying about every detail of what everyone else thinks.  And above all, it’s about learning to love who you are and what you have.

Here are 12 things to start caring about on your journey forward.
  1. Start caring about your own happiness. – It’s important to make people happy, but you have to start with yourself.  Your needs matter.  Sometimes we get lost trying to live our lives for someone else, trying to meet their expectations, or trying to do things just to impress others.  But you’ve got to live, do and love so that YOU are happy.  Because when it comes down to it, relationships can end in an instant, but you will live with yourself for the rest of your life.  Remember, it is possible to take care of your own needs while simultaneously caring for those around you.  And once your needs are met, you will likely be far more capable of helping those who need you most.
  2. Start caring about your goals and dreams. – If you want to know where your heart is, look where your mind goes when it wanders.  As Steve Jobs once said, “Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life.  Don’t be trapped by dogma, which is living with the results of other people’s thinking.  Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice, heart and intuition.  They somehow already know what you truly want to become.  Everything else is secondary.”
  3. Start caring about how you invest your time every day. – There might not be a tomorrow, not for everyone.  Right now, someone on Earth is planning something for tomorrow without realizing they’re going to die today.  This is sad but true.  So spend your time wisely and pause long enough to appreciate it.  Remember, what you do every day matters more than what you do every once in awhile.  Use a time management system to control events, rather than have events controlling you.  It may take little time to get where you want to be, but if you think for a moment, you will realize that you are no longer where you once were.  Do not stop – keep going.  You’re getting closer every day.
  4. Start caring about how you think and what you think about. – In your quiet moments, what do you think about?  How far you’ve come, or how far you have to go?  Your strengths, or your weaknesses?  The best that might happen, or the worst that might come to be?  In your quiet moments, pay attention to your self-talk.  Because maybe, just maybe, the only thing that needs to shift in order for you to experience more happiness, more love, and more vitality, is your way of thinking.
  5. Start caring about how you treat yourself. – Your relationship with yourself is the closest and most important relationship you will ever have.  When was the last time someone told you that they loved you just the way you are, and that what you think and how you feel matters?  When was the last time someone told you that you did a good job, or took you someplace, simply because they know you feel happy when you’re there?  When was the last time that ‘someone’ was YOU?  The way you treat yourself sets the standard for others.  You must love who you are or no one else will either.  And when you are truly comfortable in your own skin, not everyone will like you, but you won’t care about it one bit.  .
  6. Start caring about how you treat others. – Live so that when the people around you think of fairness, caring and integrity, they think of you.  Start noticing what you like about others and tell them.  Having an appreciation for how amazing the people around you are leads to good places – productive, fulfilling, peaceful places.  So be happy for those who are making progress.  Cheer for their victories.  Be thankful for their blessings, openly.  What goes around comes around, and sooner or later the people you’re cheering for will start cheering for you.
  7. Start caring about how others treat you. – Choose your relationship wisely.  Being alone will never cause as much loneliness as the wrong relationship.  If you don’t value yourself, look out for yourself, and stick up for yourself, you’re sabotaging yourself.  Life is too short to spend time with people who suck the happiness out of you.  Love the people who treat you right, and distance yourself from the ones who don’t.
  8. Start caring about your health. – Exercise to be fit, not skinny.  Eat to nourish your body.  And always ignore the haters, doubters and unhealthy examples that were once feeding you.  To truly be your best, you must give your body the fuel it needs.  Toss the junk and fill your kitchen with fresh, whole foods.  Run, swim, bike, walk… just move!  Good health is essential for having the energy, stamina and outlook to tackle your goals and dreams.  Bottom line: Your health is your life.  Don’t let it go.  Eat right, exercise and get an annual physical check-up.  .
  9. Start baring about your education and personal growth. – Achieving higher consciousness comes from your commitment to personal growth.  You’re a totally different person compared to who you were at this time last year; next year will be no different.  How much you grow and who you become is up to you.  But remember, the acquisition of knowledge doesn’t mean you’re growing.  Growing happens when what you know changes how you live.
  10. Start caring about doing the best YOU can. – Don’t worry about what others are doing better than you.  Concentrate on beating your own records every day.  Success is a battle between YOU and YOURSELF only.  And whatever you do, refuse to lower your standards to accommodate those who refuse to raise theirs.
  11. Start caring about all the wonderful things you have right now. – Learn to appreciate the things you have before time forces you appreciate the things you once had.  No matter how good or bad you have it, wake up each day thankful for your life.  Someone somewhere else is desperately fighting for theirs.  Instead of thinking about what you’re missing, try thinking about what you have that everyone else is missing.
  12. Start caring about this moment we call ‘life. – When I watched the Grammy Awards recently, I realized that many of the speeches musicians make when they accept an award go something like this:  “This means so much to me.  My whole life has been leading up to this moment.”  But the truth is, our whole lives have been leading up to every moment.  Think about that for a second.  Every single thing you’ve gone through in life, every high, every low, and everything in between, it has led you to this moment right now.  This moment is priceless, and it’s the only moment guaranteed to you.  This moment is your ‘life.’  Don’t miss it.

Best I Ever Had.

haloooow hahah bosen dan sangat sangat pusing nih, dari tadi ngerjain tugas coy ga selesai-selesai.....daan sangat sulit :"") parah 40 soal ada kali tuh nggak sanggup lagi rasanya tangan ini sudah mengerjakan 4 lembar folio bolak balik, enak yah :9

ini tugas-tugas saya :')




sangat lezat buat santapan makan dimalam hari yummyyyy :9 hahhaa

hmm dibanding bosyen dan akan menjadi gila gw mau nyeritain tentang sahabat gw nih. sahabat yang paling saya sayangi hingga saat ini. namanya Dinuk Ayu Wandita biasa dipanggi Dinuk. sangat pengertian, baik, selalu ada disaat diriku membutuhkannya. sekarang dia kuliah di Universitas Indonesia.
hmm tadinya sih kita mau bareng-bareng kan, dan berhubung saya tidak bisa mendapatkan hatinya UI jadi saya nyasar ke malang deh. tapi gapapaaaa mungkin ini emang udah jalannya :')

waktu detik2 gw mau ke malang tuh yg sedih2 gitu huhuhu takut jadi jauh, jadi sombong dll tapi untungnya sih sampe sekarang komunikasi masih terjaga degan baik! cieeeeh ahaha

terus sebelum gw pergi gitu doi ngasih gambar ini ke gw, terharu banget :''')


awal banget kenal? hmmm hari ke3 MOS di 47 dan kebetulan kita sekelas. nggak tau ada angin apa tiba2 kenalan aja, sama Fitra jugaaaa.terus duduk depan belakangan kan, kemana-mana bareng pokoknya, dan semakin dekat dekat dekat dan dekat. kebetulan kita juga 1 ekskul kan, saman.

waktu kenaikan kelas 2, gaau tuh pisah ga ya. eh taunya sama-sama masuk IPS, walau awalnya agak sedih sedihan sih nggak keterima IPA eh taunya ternyata IPS malah emang jurusan yang bener2 oke deeh :p nggak nyesel ahahahahaha

sahabat itu segalanya buat gw, setelah keluarga gw ya yang pertama. nggak kebayang kalo kehilangan seorang sahabat rasanya gimana, daaaan beruntung banget punya sahabat yang selalu ada disaat kita lagi butuh baik susah maupun seneng.

Tips Diet

Hai para wanita yang sedang pusing dengan masaah berat badan hahaha. cewek mana sih yang nggak pengen badannya bagus, langsing dll. disini gw mau bernagi info nih, bagi kalian yang mau nurunin berat badan tapi bukan pake obat-obatan loh yaaa, gw ada sedikit info gimana cara nurunin berat badan alami.

gw juga tau nya dari beberapa temen-temen yang udah mengalaminya sih, dan dari beberapa buku yang sudah saya baca. sekarang sih berat badan gw belum kurus-kurus banget tapi better laaah setelah gw nyoba beberapa tips-tips diet yang sehat dan aman!

yang pertama itu atur cara makan yang baik
1. Makan sambil duduk
2. Makan secara perlahan dan tidak terburu-buru

yang kedua, jangan lewatkan waktu sarapan
kadang saking sibuknya atau terburu-buru banyak dari kita yang melewatkan waktu sarapan. padahal sarapan itu waktu makan yang paling penting. pada pagi hari kita lebih membutuhkan banyak energi untuk melakukan aktivitas, kalau paginya nggak sarapan dulu biasanya kita akan mengkonsumsi makanan lebih banyak pada siang harinya.

yang ketiga itu banyak minum air putih
percaya nggak percaya air putih itu dapat membantu menurunkan berat padan, paling enggak dalam 1 hari kita harus mengkonsumsi air putih 8-10 gelas. dan yang paling diinget itu minumya harus perlahan (jangan sekali teguk)

dan yang keempat, Olahraga.
olahraga itu juga salah satu hal yang penting dalam proses menurunkan berat badan. tapi kebanyakan dari kita itu males banget buat olahraga. kalaupun nggak ada waktu, ada beberapa tips buat olahraga. salah satunya kayak naik turun tangga, usahakan berjalan kaki setiap harinya, jangan males. dan kalo bisa muter2 keliling komplek paling enggak 5 menit.

Life?

Hidup!
yak sudah 17 tahun saya menginjakkan diri di bumi ini wkwkw ya pastinya banyak pelajaran hidup yang sudah saya dapatkan. hidup itu emang kadang diatas, kadang dibawah. banyak yang bilang hidup itu kaya roda yang berputar, ya secara kenyataan emang kaya roda yang berputar sih, kadang kita ngerasa lagi berada di puncak tertinggi tapi kadang juga kita ngerasa bener bener lagi dibawah banget. itu lah hidup

kadang gw suka mikir, kenapa gw ada di bumi ya? ya karna emang di lahirin sama emak guaaa haha back of topic. ngga muna yah kadang pasti kita nerasa kalo lagi seneng itu seneeeeng banget tapi kalo lagi punya masalah itu rasanya males bad mood dll. ya emang bener2 berputar sih, nah disini serunya hidup haha

kalo lagi ngerasa seneng pasti rasanya pengen ada di rasa senang tersebut, tapi kalo lagi punya masalah maunya pengen kabur pengen cepet cepet selesain masalah yang ada.
*gw banget haha

nih ya, seberat apapun masalah yang lagi lo hadapin jangan pernah takut dan jangan pernah kabur dari masalah itu kalo lo kabur dan nggak peduli sama masalah yang lagi lo hadapin, ya nggak akan selesai. mau lu jungkir balik keliling dunia juga masalah lo nggak akan selesai kalo lo nggak berusaha nyelesain masalah yang ada.

dan yang perlu diinget itu setiap masalah yang lo hadapin itu, percaya nggak percaya akan ngebuat lo semakin dewasa untuk berfikir. semakin banyak lo punya pengalaman, semakin banyak juga ilmu tentang kehidupan yang lo dapet.
nggak perlu kabur-kabur kalo lagi ada masalah, kaya anjing sama kucing aje haha. liat masalah lo, selesain pake otak yang dingin di kasih es batu (eh jayus :$) dan inget, jangan pernah nyelesain sebuah masalah pake emosi. kalo lo emosi duluan yang ada tuh masalah malah nggak akan selesai malah makin ribet.
tuhan itu nggak akan ngasih cobaan diluar batas kemampuan hambanya kok ;)


yang kedua itu optimis.

lo hidup kalo lo selalu pesimis juga nggak ada gunanya. optimis itu kunci utama kalo lo lagi mau ngelakuin hal yang lo nggak yakin.
emang kan suka nggak yangin terus dalem hati 'duh bisa nggak yaa' 'duh kalo nanti gini kalo nanti gitu gimana'
percaya nggak percaya kalo lo udah pesimis duluan, lo mau ngelakuin apa juga nggak akan pernah berhasil.

tapi kalo lo optimis, yakin bisa, pasti bisa percaya nggak percaya juga seakan2 kayak ada kekuatan tumbuh dalam diri (?) ahaha apasih. eh tapi serius, secara nggak langsung lo pasti ngerasa diri lo itu bisa, dan lo pasti yakin bisa buat ngelakuin apapun.

jangan pernah minder duluan kalo lo mau ngelakuin sesuatu hal!

Be My Self?

Halo, yak lagi-lagi saya merasa bosan di malam hari untuk kesekian kalinya. udah beberapa bulan terakhir ini jadwal tidur gw nggak beraturan banget, nggak pernah bisa tidur dibwah jam 12, tapi harus selalu tidur siang -___- karna kebiasaan kali ya ahaha.

entah apa beberapa hari ini gw lagi ngerasa down banget, hmm nggak ngerti sih nggak ada faktor utamanya, mungkin karna ada beberapa masalah yang saya hadapi wkwk.

pernah nggak sih lo ngerasa down? ngerasa minder? ngerasa kayanya tuh gimanaaaaaaa gitu, entah apa lagi down dan minder karna suatu hal, sebenernya sih nggak penting banget. tapi tuh gituuuu, entahlah sulit menjelaskan hahah.

tapi stelah beberapa hari gw mikir kan, kenapa harus gini kenapa harus gitu, dan jeng jeng jeng saya mendapat angin apa tiba-tiba jadi kayak superman wakakak. yang ada di otak cuma


"lo itu hebat, nggak usah berubah jadi orang lain untuk ngedapetin sesuatu yang lo pengen, lo udah paling hebat, paling keren, paling oke jadi diri lo sendiri, lo bisa ngerubah semuanya pake cara lo, nggak perlu karna orang lain"



entah apa tiba2 gw mendapat pencerahan seperti itu wkwk


jadi sih intinya, kalo lo iri sama orang lain dan lo pengen ngedapetin sesuatu yang lo pengenin, nggak perlu jadi orang lain, tetep jadi diri sendiri itu cara yang paling bener. boleh sih nyontoh hal-hal positive dari orang yan kita iri, iri itu hal yang wajar kan asal irinya jangan iri karna hal-hal yang negative dan nggak penting ahaha irinya karna 'kenapa dia bisa gini kenapa dia bisa gitu tapi kenapa gw ga bisa?' sebenernya sih buat motivasi diri sendiri aja.
